Building an online store: what it costs and what drives the price

We do not ask you to book a call before you can hear a figure. Below are the ranges and everything that moves them, and you can get the exact price list per integration yourself, to your own address, in two minutes.

{ How it is paid }

Once for the build, monthly for the running

The price has two parts and both are visible from the start. Nothing is revealed later as an item that was supposedly understood.

One-off, for the build

Setting up the platform, moving the catalogue, configuring the integrations you chose and going live. Paid once, in phases.

Monthly, for the system running

Server, maintenance, security updates and the running of the integrations. Without it the store works, but nobody answers when a supplier changes a file format or a bank changes its rules.

Modules are not charged separately: each package has its own set, and the monthly fee is the same for all of them. If you need something outside a package, that is agreed separately.

{ Packages }

You pay monthly, according to what the system does

The monthly fee covers maintenance, security updates and the running of the integrations. On top of it comes a one-off implementation fee, which depends on the scope of the work at the start and is set in the offer.

{ What moves the number }

Five things that affect the price most

These are the differences that make two stores with the same number of items cost twice as differently.

Number and tidiness of suppliers

One supplier with a clean XML feed is a few days of work. Five suppliers, each with its own format, its own category names and its own idea of what available stock means, are the most expensive part of any project.

State of the existing catalogue

If specifications exist and are tidy, the migration is mechanical. If they sit inside descriptions as free text, they have to be extracted and normalised before filters can work at all.

Which integrations you switch on

Fiscalisation, card payments and one courier are standard. More couriers, more banks, weight-based charging or a link to your ERP are charged separately.

Connecting to inventory accounting

Pantheon, Calculus, Navigator and similar systems each have their own interfaces. If the system has a documented API, the connection is predictable work; if the exchange runs on file exports, it takes longer.

Deadline

The standard schedule is seven days to a first version of the store. If you need it faster, or in parallel with migrating off an existing system, that changes how people are scheduled and therefore the price.

What every price includes

These items are never charged separately in any package, because without them a store is not usable.

  • SSR and SEO data per product and category
  • Adapted display on phone and tablet
  • Administration with user roles and a change log
  • Certificate, backup and uptime monitoring
  • Training for working in the administration

The exact price list, to your address

Leave your name and address and we send you the link to the price list with every integration and its price straight away. On the link you pick what you need and see the total - one-off and monthly - before you send us anything at all.

01

Leave your address

Name and email. The company is optional, but it helps us answer prepared.

02

You get the link

It arrives at once, automatically. The link is yours and is valid for seven days.

03

You assemble the offer

You choose integrations, see the price of each and the total. Nothing is sent until you confirm.

04

You confirm when you want

Only once you confirm does the offer reach us, and we come back with a deadline and a schedule.

We use the address only to send you the link. No calls without your consent and no subscription to notifications.

Frequently asked questions

Why are the prices not spelled out in full on the site?

The ranges are, and they are accurate. The price list per individual integration is not, because integrations change and because a list without context leads to the wrong total. That is why the price list sits behind the link you get immediately - there you pick the items and see the total that actually applies to you.

Do I have to speak to someone to get a price?

No. The link with the price list is sent automatically, without us in the middle. We get in touch only if you confirm your selection yourself.

How long is the link valid?

Seven days. After that it stops working, because prices and the set of integrations do not stand still. You can request a new link whenever you like.

Does the price change after I confirm my selection?

Not for the items you chose. At the moment you confirm, the prices are frozen, and the offer that reaches us is exactly the one you saw, even if the price list is changed afterwards.

What if I need something that is not on the list?

Confirm what is on the list and write to us about what is missing. Unusual integrations are estimated separately, because their scope depends on the system on the other side.

Is the monthly amount mandatory?

Yes, for as long as the system runs with us. It covers the server, maintenance and the running of the integrations. If you move to headless, the monthly part stays because the processes still run with us - only who develops the look of the store changes.
