Partners, associates and sales targets
When goods are sold through associates as well as directly, two questions arise that a spreadsheet does not solve for long: who is allowed to see what, and by what the result is measured.
A partner has their own account in the system, their own users and access only to what concerns them. On top of that sales targets are set, so the result is tracked from the same data the selling happens in.

What you actually get
An account for the partner
The partner gets access with their own company, address and contact details, and sees only what is theirs.
Several users per partner
At larger partners several people work. Each gets their own account, within the same partner access.
Targets by category and brand
The target is set per user, category or brand, instead of one aggregate figure that tells nobody what to do.
Tracking fulfilment
Achievement is calculated from actual orders, so there is no separate spreadsheet filled in at the end of the month.
A basis for settlement
Data on sales achieved serves as the basis for commission settlement, without adding up statements by hand.
Common questions
How does this differ from the B2B portal?
The B2B portal is meant for buyers ordering for themselves, with their own price lists. Here it is about associates you sell through, and about measuring their result.
Does a partner see other people's data?
They do not. Access is limited to their own orders, customers and results.
Can targets be changed mid-month?
They can, and the change stays recorded in the change log.
Is commission calculated automatically?
The system provides the basis for settlement from sales achieved, while the payout is kept in your accounting.
