Card payments in an online store
A customer paying by card has already decided. All that stands between them and the payment are the steps on the payment page, so every superfluous step and every error at that point cuts turnover directly.
We connect the store to the payment system of the bank you already work with. Card details never pass through the store - the customer enters them on the bank's page, and only the outcome of the transaction comes back, tied to the order at once.

What you actually get
Collection through your bank
We work with the payment system of the bank you already use. We do not impose an intermediary and do not change the terms you negotiated.
Confirming the customer's identity
The transaction goes through 3-D Secure confirmation, which shifts liability for a disputed transaction to the card issuer. That is protection for you, not a formality.
Payment in instalments
Above an amount you set yourself, the customer is offered payment in instalments. You set the threshold in the admin panel, by basket value.
Payment outcome tied to the order
Successful, declined and abandoned transactions change the order status on their own. It does not happen that goods leave while the payment never went through.
Several payment methods in the same basket
Card, cash on delivery, bank slip and payment against a proforma invoice sit side by side. The customer chooses, and everything is recorded in the same place for you.
Common questions
Do card details stay with us?
They do not. The customer enters them on the bank's page, and the store receives only the outcome of the transaction. That also removes most of the obligations around storing payment data.
What do we need in order to accept cards?
A contract with the bank for internet payments. The bank issues access credentials for the store, and we handle the connection and testing.
Is a card payment fiscalised?
It is, and as a card payment. The payment method carries over to the fiscal receipt, so the record matches the bank statement.
Can we refund the customer through the system?
A refund is started from the order and recorded against it, accompanied by the matching fiscal document.
