Sales analytics and seller ratings
External analytics tools show part of the picture. Ad blockers, refused cookies and browser limits cut away a substantial share of visits, so the number of orders in the tool rarely matches the number of orders in the store.
That is why the platform keeps its own reports from its own data, and the connection to external tools stays where it is useful - for tracking the source of visits and for ratings that appear in search results.

What you actually get
Reports from the store itself
Sales by day, month and year, compared with the previous period. The figure comes from the orders, so it is accurate regardless of blockers.
Where the customer gives up
An overview of abandoned baskets and the step at which the purchase breaks off shows where turnover is lost, instead of leaving it to guesswork.
Google analytics
Connection to your account for tracking visit sources and on-site behaviour, with product and order data included.
Seller ratings
Ratings and the number of reviews are fetched automatically and shown on the site, where they influence the customer's decision.
Sales targets
Monthly targets are set per user, category or brand, and progress is tracked without a separate spreadsheet.
Common questions
Why do the numbers differ from Google analytics?
Because Google does not see every visit. Our reports come from store data and show the real state of orders, while the external tool shows what it managed to measure.
Is Facebook Pixel tracked as well?
It is, as are other measurement tools if you use them. The connection is made through settings, without changes to the code.
Who has access to the reports?
Access is granted by role, so a sales rep sees their own part and management sees the whole.
Can reports be exported?
They can, into a spreadsheet, for further processing or for passing on to the accountants.
