Email and newsletter in an online store
A customer who has already bought from you is the cheapest customer there is. They do not need an advert to find you, they need a reason to come back - and a reason is most easily sent by email.
The platform sends two kinds of message. The first are obligatory and go on their own: order confirmation, status change, fiscal receipt, tracking number. The second are campaigns you start, to a group of customers you choose yourself.

What you actually get
Sent from your own account
Messages leave from your address and through your mail server, so they reach the customer under a name they recognise.
Notification at every step
Order confirmation, status change, fiscal receipt and tracking number are sent automatically, without a single manual action.
Segmentation by purchase
A campaign goes to customers who bought a particular category or product, rather than the same content to everyone.
Abandoned basket reminder
A customer who stopped before paying is sent a reminder, with the basket contents waiting for them.
Sign-up and opt-out by the rules
Consent to receive messages and opt-outs are kept with the customer account, as data protection regulations require.
Common questions
Do we need a separate sending service?
For order notifications, no - the mail account you already have is enough. For larger campaigns a specialised service is recommended, and it connects without changing the way you work.
Can I edit how the messages look?
You can, through templates in the admin panel. Logo, text and layout you change yourself.
How do you stop messages ending up in spam?
By setting up the domain verification records for outgoing mail. We do that during setup, and it is the biggest part of the work around deliverability.
Does the newsletter go to companies as well?
It does, with the option for business buyers to receive different content from private ones, because the same offers do not interest them.
